I have never had an appointment at Carlin Vision that did not run very late, usually 30-40 minutes, one time more than an hour. This last appointment was no exception with a wait time of close to 45 minutes. It is very frustrating. All the staff and techs I dealt with were friendly and very efficient. They took the time to answer all my questions. The doctor (Huynh), whom I have never met, was a different story. I had an appointment at Carlin Vision yesterday and it was an experience that I won’t ever forget from the time you walk in the door and register to the time you receive the service from the staff to the doctor to the young man who is escorted me in, it was exceptional. It is also a beautiful office clean, pleasant and spacious. It is everything you’d want when you’re already feeling anxious. Its a calming environment. I would recommend Carlin Vision to anyone and everyone who needs Vision service.
The workers are friendly they listen to all your needs. And grant them accordingly. I have never been disappointed when i visit i always have my needs met.
