Working with the Carlino team has been very pleasant.
About 2 years ago an agent from this company assisted us with house hunting and was very pleasant. We unexpectedly had to hold off our search. But today I drove by the company building and seen their sign slogan stating, “we use ai, actual intelligence,” and i wanted to let you know that is so witty !! i love it
I’m a small AC company who did 5 jobs for Alex Vonhartman & Carlino properties and was not paid he now has ignored me tho I’ve sent him detailed invoices of every property and to all repairs he approved. Do not do business with these ppl the lady who answered the phone doesn’t pick up my calls as well. Shows the character of these agents getting work done for a fraction of the price and still won’t pay
I would recommend them to all my family and friends. Very nice guy from start to finish .
