A series of bad experiences. First appointment, they kept interrupting me to say that my problem did not exist (went to a different dentist and it did, in fact, exist. Shockingly.) and also not great at patient care in general. some of the harshest, most painful cleanings I've ever experienced. I'm not a fan of the dentist at the best of times, but after 3 bad experiences, I decided it wasnt worth a 4th chance.
My parents had an excellent experience at this dental clinic and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care they received. Dr Martel is incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to thoroughly explain everything and ensuring they felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire visit. What really stood out to me was how kind, patient, and understanding they were as it made a usually stressful appointment feel completely at ease. The staff here are wonderful. As a person with a lifelong fear of dentists, I have complete confidence in Dr. Connelly.
They always got out of their way to accommodate requests and are so pleasant to deal with.
