I have been a client of Carlingwood Dental Centre, and of Dr Connelly my entire adult life. I do not see that changing anytime soon, as long as I am a resident of Ottawa. I would recommend them to anyone who asks.
Sorry to say after 25 years we had to close out our use of this dental service because as a result of road construction my cleaning appointment was cancelled, even though I advised the office of the situation. I arrived on the office 9 minutes late, there were 2 people in the waiting room. They were more focused on punishing me for this. We must have spent 40k over the years, I gather they don’t see us as being much benefit to them anymore. Moved across the city but I'm not going to switch my dentist office from Carlingwood Dental. Reception is consistently lovely and competent, all the staff are very professional and efficient. You cannot beat their service and high quality of care. Highly recommend.
