Mo, I told exactly why I was having trouble with the tests. Your choice.not to believe. I don't care to do any further testing with you as your disbelief led you to the wrong conclusion when talking to my Dr. Be careful when talking about someone who wears hearing aids. They have bionic hearing.
Worst patient reception in Ottawa, and quite frankly that is saying much. IF you can get through on a phone call, and IF they answer, they put you on hold and just leave you there. Do not use, they don’t deserve our taxpayers money.
Doctor is great; receptionists are allergic to picking up the phone.
I just had a terrible experience with this clinic. Dr.Lin was very condescending. The clinic sent me multiple appointment emails, one was for an in person meeting and multiple reminders for a virtual appointment. I confirmed online and since I didn’t get a link, I thought it was a phone call. When Dr.Lin called, I told him I didn’t get a link. My last 2 appointments have not been the best dr Agaybi was excellent but the staff I dealt with during my breathing test were rude and short tempered.
