I had an excellent experience with Dr Mansour and the entire staff. Everyone was professional, compassionate, and attentive, making me feel comfortable throughout my procedure. I sincerely appreciate the high level of care and personal attention I received.
Carling Perio is a health care team that truly cares. During my time with them I was booked in for a deep cleaning and removal of 4 teeth, as the first part of a several part care plan. Before my deep cleaning I was informed my insurance coverage would have a gap due to me being late filing my taxes. Which would have set my whole care plan off. I normally don’t like to go to dentist because of the pain and uncomfortable . While I had my implants and gum grafting done yesterday, Dr. Mansour and her assistant Faith made sure I am pain free during the procedure and kept saying sorry if I have to open my mouth for too long. They are very nice and friendly and I would recommend them to my friends. I have very mild discomfort after the surgery and I thank them for their service.
Any dental work makes me anxious! But Dr Mansour and the team are experts at making me feel calm and confident. They are not only excellent at their jobs but they are also respectful, honest, helpful and supportive. Kaleigh is an extraordinary nurse who has a wonderful manner and a thoughtful approach. I am grateful for the excellent care the whole team provided.
I genuinely cannot say enough good things about this clinic and the entire team. I was really nervous when I found out I needed a gum graft, but everyone at the clinic made the whole experience feel so much less overwhelming. They took the time to explain the procedure, answer my questions, and address my concerns without ever making me feel rushed or dismissed.
