Used to be a good place to live but things have changed in the last couple years. Simple maintenance takes longer. Elevators have more issues now and takes them a while to fix. Hallways no longer have fan or AC on, there is always humid. All these issues are because the building has become training center for new managers. Every few weeks there is a new person in the office getting used to the building, and when they do, they are replaced with fresh person.
Showers and bath are nightmare as the water keeps switching from normal to cold then hot and the management says nothing can be done , laundry room is too small ,lots of days there is licking and water on the floor washing machines are small and not good quality ,don't really do good job for the coast ,in General, building is clean,bug free , I just wish if they stop changing managers,coz stress to us the tenants, train the staff in some other building please .
I lived there for 9yrs and also worked for the building as an on-call super and cleaner.This building was home to me and the staff were so helpful and caring.
