Showers and bath are nightmare as the water keeps switching from normal to cold then hot and the management says nothing can be done , laundry room is too small ,lots of days there is licking and water on the floor washing machines are small and not good quality ,don't really do good job for the coast ,in General, building is clean,bug free , I just wish if they stop changing managers,coz stress to us the tenants, train the staff in some other building please .
I lived there for 9yrs and also worked for the building as an on-call super and cleaner.This building was home to me and the staff were so helpful and caring.
I lived here for four and a half years and overall it was a great experience. The building is very well managed and kept clean. Any issues or service requests I put in were always responded to fairly quickly. Staff are all very kind and pleasant to deal with. The location is fantastic being right next to the transitway and all amenities (groceries etc) are very close by.
