Excellent service, on time and quick.
My wife and I were looking into the XC40 as a potential car for upgrade, but unfortunately the pushy option of a test-drive car with 300 KM from the salesperson made us walkaway. The Carling dealership is the only Volvo location in the Ottawa region, so we did not have much of a choice. First, we booked a test drive, and we had to wait over an hour for someone to become available which is aligned with some of the reviews on google. I love my new Volvo, purchased at Carling Motors! Damian was straightforward and a pleasure to deal with, answering all my questions promptly and thoroughly. Everyone we've dealt with at the dealership has been helpful and courteous.
