In and out in 2 hours... And sat comfortably throughout. The Check Engine light had come on during a drive, and we were driving without any acceleration or throttle for a while. The earliest appointment being a bit far away, we soldiered on. After the diagnostics, they assessed the problem, replaced the pedal (which was in stock, thankfully), and sent me on my way. The whole thing was covered through my warranty, so that was a relief as well.
Avoid Carling Volvo. My vehicle experienced serious recurring issues, spent an unreasonable amount of time at the dealership, and was never resolved in a way that matched the service expected from a premium brand. Throughout the process, I was left dealing with ongoing costs, poor communication, repeated delays, and little sense that anyone was taking ownership of the problem.
