No sense of courtesy here. I parked my car on their lot after checking the clinic was closed for early new years eve dinner, since the adjacent restaurant parking was full and no street parking nearby. Despite the fact that they were closed, this clinic administration called the city officers to ticket my car. Ended up with 200$ tickets. I get that it's a private property but how about the courtesy during holidays when your business is not impacted in any way. Dr Sattari was personable and explained what he was going to do in detail. Even though, mine was a difficult procedure, he kept pain and discomfort to a minimum. I'll go back to have my teeth checked.
I have always had a good experience at Carling Dental the staff is very professional but also very friendly and welcoming. Allowing me to dismiss any nervous feelings that I may have had when visiting the dentist. Overall my experience was excellent and I will recommend Carling Dental to anyone.
I’ve been impressed and felt so welcomed ever since I started coming when they first opened. Wonderful staff all around, and they always go the extra mile. I have a daughter with special needs and they were supportive and full of information to best support her dental journey. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a safe, welcoming and friendly place.
