We're buying a house and had a couple of questions about what certain things on the inspection meant. We called and Mr. Carlile put our minds at ease. He explained things to us, and was very patient.
A few details were missed and quickly corrected after my husband read the report. Inspector was very courteous and non-invasive yet did his job efficiently.
