I had my first visit with Jaiden this weekend at the Toledo location. Upon walking in I, was greeted by everyone and noticed the relaxed, positive vibe. Loved that right away. Jaiden is a master. Not only is she the most skilled stylist I’ve found in 10 years of living here but she listens and explains. So happy to have finally found my salon! PS it’s Jennifer A not K I need to change that!!

such an awesome and inviting experience. She talked me through the whole process and explained everything to ease nerves. She had such a great personality and was very easy to talk too! i high recommend this place. she did such an awesome job and took very good care of my hair! If you go definitely ask for Jayden!
