Carlid is fantastic. She helped my wife and I find a home from start to finish and did it quickly! She was professional, caring and had our best interests in mind. She was quick to respond, even while she was on vacation. She was able to coordinate with our lender and other agents clearly and helped put it in laymen terms. I’m not sure where to start with this review. There are just too many ways that Carlid outperforms in every aspect of a real estate transaction. Carlid was a great help to us in the purchase of our first home. Her patience was very welcoming as we worked through our likes, dislikes, wants and needs.
