I’m not sure where to start with this review. There are just too many ways that Carlid outperforms in every aspect of a real estate transaction. Carlid was a great help to us in the purchase of our first home. Her patience was very welcoming as we worked through our likes, dislikes, wants and needs. She was always available for questions and nicely explained some of the newer and unfamiliar terms to us.
