She entered the space with a dismissive and irritated demeanor, and chastised me for not providing adequate information about my upcoming travels, even though covid and other variables prevented me from making plans, and I gave estimates to the best of my ability at the time. I don't require a doctor be particularly personable, but one should at least feel comfortable, taken care of, and able to ask questions - not possible with Dr. Nina. Very unprofessional and hung up on my face while trying to make appointment to come in, do not care about the patients or there needs! Currently looking for a new doctor and I don’t think she cares for people of color.

If I could give a zero star rating I would! I'm so disgusted on how I was treated! The staff was great but the Doctor personally she was horrible. I recently moved to CT I needed to establish care. I was recommended to come to this facility from the insurance. Oh man do I regret ever going to this place. First off I was not greeted by the Doctor I saw. She just sat down started to ask about my medications. She immediately wanted to make changes to my medications without even reviewing my records! I told her I was seeing spea... read more
