Professional and thorough
Safe, efficient, courteous, professional and caring personnel. Dr. Carley is the physician that physicians go to. He has been my physician for 35 years. Need I say more?
Medically, he’s great. Pleasant enough and I like his conservative approach. My complaint: my appointment was at 2:00, I waited 20 minutes to be put in a room, had my vitals done, etc, and he appeared at 3:00. When I jokingly alluded to the time his response was something like “well,I’m working.” Not even an attempt at some sort of apology for the long wait. So, I’d recommend him as a physician, but be prepared to spend a lot of time sitting around getting frustrated
Have been seeing Dr. Norwood for several years. His exams are always very thorough and while he is examining you, he explains what your condition is called. Explains several ways to help your condition. He doesn't miss a single spot on your body. He found and teated my skin cancer and no more leasions on my skin thanks to him. He is very personable and listens intentively to your every word. He is reasuring and kind.
Dr Norwood is the best dermatologist I have encountered in my 71 years. He is so easy to talk to, has a great sense of humor and I now actually look forward to my semi-annual visits. He is meticulous is checking you out which gives you the upmost confidence in his diagnosis. The office staff is friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend them!
