I've been in the apartment for only 3 months and this has been the worst experience I've ever had. I pay my rent on time, I'm clean and I'm quite and keep to myself. I've had countless conversations with the apartment manager and who I thought was the maintenance man, but informed me he is the maintenance helper about the repairs that need to be done to my apartment. Old apartments
Absolutely the most ridiculous and horrible apartments in the history of apartments. AC has been broken for months now the management is a joke. The old hag that owns this property would rather show up in her Bentley than to hire proper maintenance. They literally hired and fired 5 office managers in a span of 6 months. Lamar students STAY AWAY! You've been warned.
The apartment manager is never in the office during office hours. I'm consistently leaving messages with no returned phone call. What is the point of having office hours and no one is ever in the office or return phone call within a respectable time.
