Finally got a hold of reception after days of trying. Waited 2 weeks for appointment -show up and they have no appointment scheduled. Paid for 1hr parking and wasted 1hr of driving to and from. What a joke.

They don’t answer the phone…I tried 3 times different times of day within their business hours. Left on hold in ‘que’ but no one ever answered. My doctor also sent them a referral in January and said they would be in touch and they never called and it’s June now.
