Called at 13h30 on Friday. They did not answer their phones. Kept me on hold for over two hours despite that they do not close till 17h00. They should have the courtesy to state that they no longer book appointments on Friday afternoons.
Front desk staff checked my health card and then promptly forgot to indicate that I had arrived for my appointment. 45 minutes later, mumbled apology about “that sometimes happens - please take a seat.”
