I have dealt with Carleton Refrigeration Heating & Air Conditioning for a few years now and am always very pleased and impressed with their quality of customer service and follow-up. James has been our gas tech a few times and is the best, and Kelly (in the office) is simply amazing with prompt and accurate communication. I would not hesitate to recommend them to family, friends and neighbours.

Yikes, our AC crashed just before he onset of hot weather and a service appointment was scheduled. James came and found and resolved the issue, working at both the furnace end and the outside unit until he was satisfied that everything was in good running order. He took the time to explain what had been done and informed us what to expect as the unit worked to remove built-up humidity and lower the temperature to a comfortable level. He was right on........
