Would not recommend. Had the system for less than a year before it broke and required repairs. Was informed by the company that it was covered under warranty and there would be no charge for the replacement piece and just had to pay the labour. Received a bill for more than double the discussed fee despite the rapid taking 10 minutes. Despite continuous attempts to communicate with the company regarding pricing and cost there has been no explanation given or communication received. The sales team is quick and efficient. The install team is polite and seem to do a good job. I believe communication after the sale could be better, but the team went above and beyond to address any concerns that I had.

I do not recommend Carleton Refrigeration Heating & Air Conditioning Ltd (Carleton Place) Their work/quality had the following problems: 1) When they installed it they situated the exhaust pipe above the control panel and the condensation dripped back into the furnace causing corrosion. A professional pointed this out to me so there was a repeat visit to fix this. 2) When they installed the ducting they didn't cover the seams. There were numerous gaps.
