10 years of top notch service. From original install on our new home build complete with propane furnace, AC, ducting, HRV, BBQ & dryers propane lines etc, to the annual servicing, Carleton Refrigeration has always been very thorough, professional and cost competitive. Highly recommended.

I cannot say enough good things about this company! Impeccable customer service. I woke up with no heat on a cold snap (my furnace was 31 years old and working intermittently recently) and they fit me in for a quote and came back later that day for a furnace replacement! Obviously this is not to be expected but I am very impresse, especially with a four year old in the home the heat loss was not ideal. Super positive experience and will recommend them again and again!
Had a great experience with this company last week. Our furnace went out in the night and they were very responsive to the situation. We had a technician at the house within a few hours who quickly diagnosed the issue. That same afternoon they came with the required part and quickly got our furnace working again. They provided advice on keeping the home warm and ensured we had a backup heating solution. Would definitely use again for our HVAC needs.
Carleton Refrigeration is staffed by incredibly competent and knowledgeable people. When our furnace stopped working in the middle of the night during the coldest weekend of the year, they sent a technician to our house within 30 minutes. They worked through the whole system until they were able to diagnose the problem and didn't leave until they were certain it was the culprit.
