The ONLY good thing about this experience was the technician was polite. I was told to arrive at 9 PM. I used the address and arrived on time to find the Carleton Place hospital and it closes at 9 PM. No Medsleep signage anywhere. Doors were locked. I walked around outside to Emerge to get in. Had to interrupt a nurse from her novel who directed me to go upstairs, through some doors and turn left. Referred by sleep doctor. Followed instruction to call in two weeks. Tried twice over four weeks, with no option but to leave a message. They never responded.
