My visit to Carleton Place Nail and Spa was excellent. Anna was professional, gentle, and very thorough. She is an outstanding nail technician and also made the experience enjoyable with her friendly conversation. Highly recommend, and I will certainly return for a pedicure. Thank you 😊

Do not waste your hard earned money here. I had dip nails done. This isn't my usual place but I needed a last minute spot. (Fully regret). I had a bad feeling when she said "be careful with long nails" as she was doing them. I assured her I always have long nails (and nothing ever happens). Within 10 days one's snapped in half and one is cracked. Nails should last longer than this- and I am very careful. They were not apologetic at all and wanted to charge me to fix it. Was there to get a refill and first time having them done. I got what I asked but the work was sloppy and some nails were not done properly. At $75 for a refill you think my nails would all look good! NOT. The sad part is you can’t properly communicate with them. So I booked my next appointment and was going to give it another until the owner called me and you not let me explain my side at all and on top she didn’t get to see the poor job that was done.
