We visited the ER this morning as my daughter hurt her wrist and we suspected a fracture - I was dreading the wait but we knew it was necessary. It actually ended up being a surprisingly lovely morning. The facilities are so clean and well kept, every staff member we encountered was wonderful. We waited a totally reasonable amount of time to see the doctor, got an x-ray to confirm the fracture, provided with thorough next steps, given the opportunity to ask any questions, and were happily on our way with time to enjoy the re... read more

It seems like during hhe time we have been here (currently 2 hrs and 40 minutes)here have been less than 1 patient per hour. Beautiful ER building but short on the service. I was in the QC hospital 1 night and overheard a young doctor complain about the ER being used like the McDonald's of medicine and that there should be a minimum wait time of 4 hours for anyone coming in. Is that now the reality of service at ER departments of our costly buildings and medical equipment??

Do not go to this hospital if you require obstetric care! I was admitted and left waiting for over three hours, only to be told they could not provide the care I needed.

Was in the emergency for a good part of the day with my LO Yesterday I want to thank all the staff who have been so nice ,competent and treated us with so much compassion .Excellent care .
