I brought 2 brand new shirts to be dry cleaned. The shirts were new and had never been worn and still had the tags on them. I explained to the employees that i was worried about the shirts shrinking since they were new and was assured that dry cleaning does not shrink shirts. I asked again so if i dry clean these new shirts then i would not have a problem and was assured again that they would be fine.
