I had a front driver's side light out . I went to Carlen's Chevrolet for replacement because I bought the vehicle from them. The cost was outrageous $355.28. Labor $293.82 and shop supplies $29.90. They sure used a lot of supplies to change a lightbulb. Also if you use a credit card a 3 percent charge and it's a GM card.
I had an issue with the the tailgate on my truck not opening. Carlen techs diagnosed the problem and contacted my insurance to find that it was covered. The part wouldn't be in until the following day and I was given a loaner car for the day. The truck was ready for pickup early the next day. Great service with polite and knowledgeable staff. A great experience and I would definitely recommend the Carlen Chevrolet to purchase and repair a vehicle.
