If you have been off work for an injury and you’re having trouble paying your bill at Carle forget contacting financial support at Carle they ask for your previous year earnings not the time you were off work with your injury and probably will not help with your bills. They do have great doctors but you have to pay for them.
Inconvenient CARE.....at carle in Urbana....is a big joke, i seen 2 different physicians and they both was women, and was very dismal toward my care. SEPTEMBER 5. 2025...@7PM THEN I WENT BACK @8PM... still gave me misinformation about my prescriptions.
Therapy is going in a better direction. Im still improving . Can't wait for the implemented yoga . Anyway Therapy forever!
Will mot be coming here again went in to walk in because I was in pain nothing they gave me helps I can’t move my arm without being in pain this is the second time they shrugged me off I’m in real pain they need to work on actually helping their people rather than just getting them in and out will take my chances with pain. Waste of my insurance
I ran out of my Diabetes medicine yesterday, August 10. I called the nurse advisory line TWICE and requested a refill. I have no perscription today. I called Carle on Windsor 3 times 7 am, 8:30 am and 9 am. The last call the nurse I talked to said she sent the refill marked URGENT. She and the other 2 lied. I call Walgreens at 12:20pm to see if the perscription was filled. It wasn't, Walgreens sent a second request. I called a forth time at 12:30 pm.
