Will mot be coming here again went in to walk in because I was in pain nothing they gave me helps I can’t move my arm without being in pain this is the second time they shrugged me off I’m in real pain they need to work on actually helping their people rather than just getting them in and out will take my chances with pain. I ran out of my Diabetes medicine yesterday, August 10. I called the nurse advisory line TWICE and requested a refill. I have no perscription today. I called Carle on Windsor 3 times 7 am, 8:30 am and 9 am. The last call the nurse I talked to said she sent the refill marked URGENT. She and the other 2 lied. I call Walgreens at 12:20pm to see if the perscription was filled. It wasn't, Walgreens sent a second request. I called a forth time at 12:30 pm.
