Arrived 15 early like instructed, I was asked if I was called and told to arrive an hour early to fill out some sort of packet. I wasn't so I was informed I would need to reschedule which I am not doing because of thier office incompetence. So because I did not go and read a message on the mychart app that I wasn't even aware it was there I couldn't attend my appointment that took forever to get. Not a fan of Dr. Koh in my experience he tells you what to do for sleep apnea without taking your personal needs into account. However, the staff was nice
Great experience with Dr. Malik. He's thorough and reviewed all of my medical history. I was able to get in for an appointment fairly quickly (1 month). Their staff are friendly and professional.
I met with Christie Rocke. All I gotta say is a 10/10 experience. She made me feel so listened to and like my concerns were important. She would stop at nothing to help me figure out what is going on even when the signs aren’t obvious. Thank you Christie.
It took almost 3 months for an appointment for my sleep apnea that was diagnosed 10 years ago. In that time they failed to send me a questionnaire that I was to fill out and bring with me. Since I did not have it at check in they cancelled my appointment and wouldn't let me fill it out even though I was 10 minutes early for my appointment. I couldn't imagine if I had a more serious condition just to be turned away after 3 months. Never going back.
