Robert in the independent pool therapy area is very rude and disrespectful to me.. and Pam,,Roberts supervisor defended him and made excuses for Robert... I am so disappointed and upset with the treatment I received.. and Then Pam ,, Roberts boas stated that oh Robert is just frustrated with the changes going on... then I said he must have just been upset with me because I was the only one in the pool that Robert talked to like that!!! Great staff and very helpful.
RecommendedLove this facility. I see Dr Bane, Danny McFarlane, Dr Moran and numerous nurses there. This is a sunny bright and clean facility. Always greeted nicely at the door with someone ready to help.
I have had two total knees done. Have had excellent care by physicians and PA’s. My hospital experience was great! Physical therapy and staff was fabulous!
The entire staff at all Carle facilities really make you feel welcome and are all very personable, positive and professional. They make you feel better just checking in!
This is an awesome place to go for your feet.I have one of the best foot doctors ever.
