I had a fairly minor biopsy done yesterday. It was led by Jessica McGee. She and her team were friendly and made sure I was comfortably supportive during the procedure along with making sure I understood post-biopsy instructions. I cannot speak to the long term outcome but so far it is healing as expected. I am also following the post-biopsy guidelines to ensure proper healing. I had a bad experience in OR and used foul language because of the pain. Two nurses tried sticking IVs twice! I then was told they can put it in my arm but they should have tried that the first time they stuck my hands. Now in the middle of surgeries Dr Schaefer is denying me treatment, and got the other oral surgeon Dr Bailey and all residents not to help me either. Forcing me to get care on Indiana. Four wisdom teeth for extraction. Were very friendly. Respectful. Caring. A hidden gem of service. The definition of equality for impoverished. Setting positive examples that ornery facilities should follow.
