I can't get in I am in so much pain I can't swallow can't even eat my face is swollen too the makes
They don't accept Medicaid right now, Chicago is closest. Carle has become a nightmare, but at least the lady on the phone here was honest and explained that Medicaid patients closest option is Chicago and even listed Decatur and Indiana as places that also won't work. This saved me a ton of pain and suffering doing that kind of research myself
Horrible office and the way they work i have had an appointment booked since " LAST YEAR" and I got a message saying "they" canceled my appointment not me because they took out some program and decided that only a selected few still gets to receive service. But a person who has had this appointment made a year out cant be seen? This place was the last place that could help and a year later you canceled my appointment. I am in extreme pain. I was refered to Carle for oral surgery but they refuse to help me because I dont live in Champaign county. Carle wants my help when the roof is leaking but they can't pull some teeth for me when I'm in pain because i live 40 miles away. I thought they take an oath to help people.
