I’ve been going to Carle Clinic Monticello for over 25 years and recently they’ve changed how they bill patients. I have never been notified of this change. So not only am I paying for insurance, I’m also paying for a consultation (outpatient fee) for each visit, I’m paying to discuss the issue within each visit, and I am charged a facility fee. Melissa Zak is the best doctor I have ever had. I appreciate the staff and good care I always receive.
The staff here are kind and personable from the front desk, to the nurses, everyone is welcoming and ready to help you. The Doctors are also the best! I can’t recommend this office more.
