Had to go here to pick up a blood pressure cuff and based on other reviews I was anxious and didn't know how it would go, but to my surprise the ladies working were very nice and extremely helpful. I was very happy with my experience at this location.
These are amongst the rudest providers I’ve ever encountered. In 3 years of interaction, regardless of the issue or the person who waits on you, they approach you with hostility from the get-go. This team is consistently dismissive and continuously cuts you off to answer the wrong question. This practice could benefit from customer service training.
I have been getting the run around for my cpap supplies for almost 2 years now my machine hasn't been storing my sleep data and now the insurance company says I have been noncompliant so now for 2 years I have been forced to sleep with 2 year old supplies which is not healthy.
This was my first time coming here. I needed to get measured for a blood pressure cuff. Other than waiting for insurance to respond, the staff was very friendly and walked me through everything from the bp cuff to giving some prenatal advice while we waited for insurance to respond. Ashley helped us and was very kind and informative!
Carle Medical Supply - an oxymoron! NO LONGER KEEPS CPAP/BIPAP SUPPLIES IN STORE! Did the tell anyone? Did they email you? Send a letter? I called near the end of July before going on vacation - No one said anything, I called on September 3rd and Guess what - Nothing! Go in today - Oh we don't keep supplies here anymore call or order online. Thank you, Not! While in New York on vacation I had to get some supplies and guess what this place was packed with supplies! Just what we would like CMS to BE!
