Staff nice (not their fault) but have had numerous issues with OSF, Carle and McLean County Orotho (surgery) as well as Il State Insurance and has been quite the negligent run around it seems. After falling 3 years ago where my Mom hit her leg on the edge of a counter, she went to OSF Healthcare, Bloomington. They did xrays and said nothing was found and to just go home and rest/take ibroprofin. She was pretty much in good walking and mobility before this occurred. Doctor visits did not result in much even after she expr... read more
