How stupid. Both parents should be able to go in for their childs appointment. Especially since the doctor told us our child needed to see a specialist because she wasnt walking good enough at 13 months She walks perfectly fine now and I wanted to be there to see the stupid looks they always give you when you prove they have no clue what they are talking about. Carle can't keep doctors and now they can't keep patients.
Your drive-thru COVID testing is an absolute joke. Sat in the line for 20 minutes and not a single car got tested and processed in that time and there were 5 cars ahead of me. Ridiculous.
RecommendedI really like this facility, but you all need to figure out something to do with all the crazies getting a Covid test. I couldn't even get past them to park in the lot.

Convenient Care is now open 7 days a week 8am to 8pm. Yes even Saturday and Sunday.
Was seen by NP who barely spoke to me, did not listen to anything I was saying, misdiagnosed me, and ended up in the ER the next afternoon. But yet they still expect $200+ for not doing their job. Will never step foot in any of their facilities again even if my life depends on it. Better off seeing Joe Blow on the street corner.
I enjoy working for Carle contracted thru Ess Clean. Very polite and courteous staff. We keep the building clean at all times! The doctors and nurses are all wonderful, as well as the clerical staff! Great place!
Made my kid reschedule because he was 10 minutes late because he was pooping his pants and I had to stop and get new underwear. 45 minute drive (each way) and morning off work wasted. Thanks Carle. You're the best. Not.
