I do not recommend Dr. Shilpa Mehta to anyone. I have seen her twice now and switched my doctor the second visit. Both times she rubbed me the wrong way. The first time she was extremely judgmental and rude. When i told her i smoke marijuana occasionally, she became very judgmental and even put "marihuana abuse"(yes spelled that way) on my chart. At first I really liked my physician but communication with the office staff was always a chore. The problem really began with needing authorization for a dermatologist referral. The right paperwork was not sent to my dermatologist. I tried contacting my PCP through the carle app. I was ignored for days. Tried to call and leave a message and was ignored. This place sucks I was treated as a joke because of my mental health they did not give me a bracelet. They did not give me any EKG. They did not give me any blood work. They did not do a pee test all the gave me was 600mg of ibuprofen and 1000 mg of Tylenol They said they were gonna give me a freaking IV drip and they did not. they dismissed me due to my mania I literally had to say crisis because they were going to discharge me then they took me seriously and said my blood work looked perfect which they lied and now I am ha... read more
