Dr. Chauhan is very good. He tried lots of non-surgical options with my my issues as he said he didn’t want me to have to pay for a surgery if there was a cheaper and easier way for relief. Tara NP is also very good, they’re both very nice and knowledgeable.
Mid September was referred by my primary physician to follow up from a major surgery with my aorta which caused left vocal cord to lay flat.was told by doctors assistant he is real busy until Jan 24 th .So I go in to be asked why I was referred to him and he doesn't even do the required work for l ack of equipment. My first time visiting this office from my usual ENT. It is currently one hour past my appointment time and I still have not seen the doctor. I called to confirm my appointment and there was no answer, I received a call back from the front desk apologizing. I arrived at 1045 for my 1100 appointment as they requested and completed my check in online before hand. It is now after 1200 and I was told there is still another patient he has to see before me. Hopefully this is not the usual for the office.
I drove over an hour to be seen and was told I was scheduled at a certain time , got there and was told to leave because it was 15 min past my appointment time which is different from what I was told . The doctor is only here once a month and iv been seen by him for 2 years with 2 different surgeries and still have the same issue . They do not care about my well being.
