I have never experienced a more rude dr nor has my niece who was with me for this appointment. He was condensending and gave us no opportunity to explain anything and talked over us if we tried to do same. I will never return to him and I intend to file a complaint with the medical director of Carle in Urbana. This should never be allowed to treat a patient like this and I asked him if he "could be a little nicer to me" and my niece told him the same and he got up and walked out.
