Dr BATEY, ANDREW is unorganized and sloppy. I got a colonoscopy 3 weeks ago and still having problems with bleeding. Called to tell them the issue said a nurse would call me back 2 weeks no call back. Now I probably have to go through this whole procedure again unfortunately. If you're going for a colonoscopy I would highly recommend you go with a different doctor but that's just my opinion unless you want to do it twice
Called to schedule a EGD for my husband and scheduler Autumn was very polite and thoroughly explained everything that we would need to do prior to the procedure . Autumn also let me know that everything she advised us to do would be sent to MyCarle with all the instructions. Very pleased!!
