The rep here acted like I was illiterate. She was passive aggressive. I was there with my newborn. while they denied care, they also behaved unprofessional, unpleasant and unethical. I have never felt so uncared for at a healthcare facility.
Carle and other medical facilities(St.Joesph, Silver Crossabd others) have denied me proper medical care and I believe they want me to spread something.
