I did await a survey to privately give feedback about my provider, but was never sent one. Six months after I last saw him, I continue to ruminate on his words and actions how they continue to affect me negatively and I wish I had the opportunity to speak my mind on the matter. I would not recommend Carle for any mental/behavioral health services. Staff was very friendly and the wa8t was minimal
Also not convenient care
After dealing with the rushed feeling of Christie Convenient Care for many years, I decided to give Carle Convenient Care a try today for my extremely sore throat and rash. Wow, what a difference! No one rushed me in and out, very short wait time, the young lady who checked me in and the APRN Jennifer who saw me were both kind, personable, and had an authentic conversation with me, were thorough, asked all the right questions, just treated me like a real person and gave me high quality care.
