I was charged $160 for a pill that according to fairhealth.org is $1 per milligram. It was an 8 mg tablet for nausea I was no longer experiencing. I disputed the charge with both Carle and my insurance (Aetna) but both denied my request to have the fee waived or reduced. They said I could have refused the pill at the time and I would have if I knew that one pill was going to be $160. It just feels predatory to get billed for over $500 for flu and COVID tests and a nausea medication that I didn't even need. This is a nice, mo... read more
Wait time is always too long. One hour and counting in the doc’s room as I write. Make an appt through MyCarle if you can. Otherwise you just get pushed to the end of the line.
These are very rude staff, the director today charged at me and my children today , police was called and I will never be back here again! Very unprofessional, cruel staff
This was a place I felt safe at with my kids. Until my baby girl (11months) broke her femur in her leg due to (OI brittle bone diease). I went in for an x-ray for my baby. Everything was fine up until an older Caucasian lady came in to wrap my daughter leg in a split. She started off rude, came in and attempted to have me position my daughter in a way I felt was unacceptable and uncomfortable due to her disability.
