I would call them INCONVENIENT CARE! If I could leave zero stars I would. Called to ask about wait times(twice), no one would answer the phone. Went in with my elderly 87 y.o. mother. She sat in a uncomfortable patients room for well over an hour and a half. All they did was check her blood pressure. A doctor never came in to see her. She couldn't sit there any longer. If you're looking for medical care this is NOT the place.
The nurses that do the immunotherapy shots are amazing, so I am giving stars for them because they're so great and so is reception........ However, the lack of stars is for Dr. Zech. I made a simple request and dropped off paperwork to have my daughters allergy medications available to her at her school should she need them. Dr. Zech refused to write a medication list for her. After wasting time going back and forth for a couple of days, I will now have to see if anyone else she has seen in the past year , who has been made ... read more
Everyone here has been great.
Mishandling of billing. Because they bill through Carle Hospital my BCBS doesn't cover injections, which are done at the clinic. Never in last 17 years have I been responsible for these total charges. They are in-network. They should be required to disclose this information. Beware.
