My daughter needed an MRI. Carle stated they has availability this week. She went through the effort to get a STAT order put in. They candled her order because she had an appointment on a later date at OSF. HRMM. Let's think. If some is getting a STAT order sent to you, maybe they need things to happen sooner??? Is there an ounce of common sense? She is not going to cancel an appointment until she has a new one. Called to get an mri done at this place. Called ahead of time to get fax number and all details to give to my provider to call in order. Did that and my provider got back w me and said that their name had changed. And they needed the correct phone number for it; that the MRI co would not accept it. So I called again and yes the name has changed, but numbers obviously were correct. She told me they bought Advanced MRI first it was 3-4 years ago, then it was 4-5 years ago. Then she couldn’t even tell me name of place correctly... read more
