My experience seeing a psychiatrist at Carle has been the best care I've received in my life. Dr. Raut worked with me on my medications in a way that was controlled and effective. I'm living a different life than I did 6 months ago. -2 Stars because the nurses are impossible to get in touch with over the phone. I have to call for refills and you should expect it to go to voicemail as others have said. Some of the RNs are great and follow-up quickly, but they are few and far between. I can't speak for the in-patient services.
Had an appointment nurse got sick whatever have to put my appointment out a whole nother month couldn't fit me in anywhere and gave me a difficult time while rescheduling. Finally day of my new appointment trying to confirm my time since the email confirmation only says the day not the time very bad design. I've tried calling 4 times now only to be sent to voicemail every time I can get being on lunch but they need to alternate or something it's too difficult to get in touch with them
Annie is great. Spent a ton of time hearing everything I had to say, getting to know our kids, and confirming diagnosis. Treatment has been great so far and improvement is seen already. Really appreciate her!
