Working with Eli was fantastic!
The worst experience at Honda service center… checked in car at 7 am and kept waiting for 3 and half hour. The service advisor so irresponsible that doesn’t even approach you on service recommendations or bothered to care about delay, I have to follow up to get updates and to get things move faster. Overcharging for services too.
Don’t get your parts from them, they’ll vastly overcharge you. Get the part online instead and get your local mechanic to take care of it; had a drivers side mirror needing replacement and we would’ve saved 500+ if we hadn’t gone through Carland.
Wish I could give it zero stars! The service manager Eli Gouldson was of no help at all!!!
Be aware this shop. No confidence on the work they performed. I did replace a car battery there and it died within a year. They recommended to change brake pads and I did and now they said there is only 3mm left after about 1 year. Don't assume they performed the work as expected.
