My husband and I had a really great experience with Carland auto sales. Such a straight forward and honest experience. We would definitely recommend them for your next car purchase.
When you have a great experience you gotta talk about it! Austin and Shawn - thank you for being such a dynamic duo and getting my entire car buying process completed in less than 3 hours! Thats a car buying super talent! The process was made simple as we made a great team. First, I called and spoke with Shawn about financing and just how the car buying process went. Absolutely unprofessional, I went through the whole process no problem until the down payment when he asked how I was paying cash or check i replied credit/debit. He then informed me that thier card reader doesn't work. He then suggested Zelle which I don't have so I tried Venmo multiple times and did not work, I decided this place does not have thier stuff together and left.15 minutes before I left a different customer left for same reson who was waiting to buy jeep.
I’ve had a wonderful experience working with them. I had selected my vehicle online did 95% of everything online went in to do the signing and pick up the vehicle. Had a wonderful experience they had worked with my timeline. Very respectful, relaxed environment overall experience excellent
