My visit to otolaryngology associates pc, fairfax was exceptional. A doctor there went into great details relating aspects of various test results to several ear related problems I had for years. An easy to understand plan was quickly developed to address these problems.
Scheduling is easy. The nursing staff is very competent and efficient. Dr Valenzuela is an excellent surgeon - very detailed, thorough, and takes the time to explain things until you understand. She is compassionate & considerate and really cares for you as a patient.
Great service all around.
Doctor Valenzuela has been very helpful in treating my vertigo. Actually, all the other staff at Otolaryngology Associates I've met in the Fairfax office have also been friendly, kind and knowledgeable. I can honestly recommend them for any ear, nose and throat needs. There are some frustrating glitches in making appointments by phone and in completing their digital forms, but it is worth it after one arrives at the office! My warmest thanks to everyone!
