DR Carla Torres-Zegarra is an incredible doctor and person. She cares deeply about her patients, is detailed, and extremely professional. Our daughter is adamant about seeing her and treasures her as her dermatologist.
6 month wait and not taking any new patients. Not even wait list for potential new patients. Terrible care if you ask me.
Please save yourself and your family time, and avoid this physician who is unprofessional and unkind to her patients. Our visit to her office was quite possibly the worst medical experience my family and I have ever encountered.
Very bad experience. She was running 1.5 hours late, then comes in and starts talking about some over the counter medication and asks if it is too expensive to buy Aquaphor (mind you that's a $8.00 cream), she suggests we can apply vaseline. And then we get charged $500 for visiting this stupid lady.
