Nobody answers phones, and i have tried a few days in a row. No matter which number you enter, their phone system always says "it is an invalid entry". Finally a lady picks up the phone, and she put me on hold for over 30 minutes. I gave up. Go somewhere else.
Scheduling an appointment here is incredibly difficult, I was rescheduled 3 times before getting in, over the course of 3 months. Once I did, I saw Dr. Gentry and she was a fantastic doctor. I ended up finally at the Oakland location, not Alameda.
