I have been a patient of Carla's for many, many years. She has always treated me with kindness, respect and dignity. She's always available whenever I've needed her. She answers my calls promptly and always makes sure my meds are called in before I run out. She is an outstanding provider. I'm sorry to see her go. I know I won't find another one as good as her. Serious lack of communication VIA Email or Phone Call or lack thereof. She doesn't even have a receptionist to help or answer phone calls. I actually had to go to 2 different ER's to get the Meds I needed. After constantly Hounding her and a Phone Call from my mother did she finally sent something in. Also, never puts any refills on my Anxiety Medication. Forces me to call her for a refill every time. That doesn't seem right to me. She needs to put a least one 1 refill on my Meds but refuses to do so. After this, I am curren... read more
