He was very thorough and actually read my information chart. He was very professional and to the point.
Not one thing. I even recommended that she give classes on bedside manner and active listening. All people are much better when they feel seen and HEARD, Dr. Ketchen also converses with patients instead of talking at them. I have recommended her to anyone who’s inquired about a new OBGYN but she’s also a Wonderful person , and that makes all the difference in the world to her patients.
Carla Gentry, MD is one of the best drs I have met. She truly cares about her patients and their symptoms. She like to find the root cause to stop symptoms and help her patients get healed. I truly am blessed to have her for my Dr.

I would not recommend this doctor to anyone that expects their concerns to be addressed. He completely disregarded why I needed done. He ran extra test that I have told him several times not to. I even told the lab tech my concerns about him. He talked to me like I was a child not knowing I have been in the medical field for 11 years. He made it extremely clear he knew I was using Medicaid to pay for my appointment in a disturbing way. Dr monitto was very helpful on each issue & each step of my care.
She answered all my questions that I ask her.
I saw the Dr the first time for medication. I told him that I had liver issues and that I was on a strict budget and had to watch cost. Upon picking up the scripts, I found that they were $100 each. Then, the first warning on both said do not take if you had liver issues. So, I paid $200 for scripts I couldn’t take. I called to refill my sleeping meds and they wanted me to come in and be seen for it. I argued about it and they told me my med was a controlled substance.
