Absolutely HORRIBLE service. Dr gentry acted like she did not care about me or my concerns. I left feeling like i had no answers. Got blood work done and have had NO communication as to what my blood work confirmed... I shouldve known to stay away from this office when my step dad saw her and told her his head was hurting, she told him he was dehydrated and ended up he had brain tumors..... ?? shes such a bad doctor. Has no care for her patients. At all! STAY FAR AWAY!!!!!!

I started going to Dr Gentry in 2007 and I have always been able to get a same day appointment. 11 years and I have never had or seen anyone who did have a bad experience with Dr Gentry. She has always diagnosed and treated me accordingly. She also always offers advice on ways to make myself healthier even if I don’t ask for them. Great doctor. She always comes in and gets to the point and is back out. Quick and efficient.

I have been seeing Dr. Gentry since 2000 and she does an Excellent job taking care of all my health needs. Now my 77 year young Mother goes to her and she loves her as well. She is very pro and actually cares about her patience. She sits down and really listens to what o have to say. Beat Dr. I have ever had. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Gentry does not communicate with patients. She treats her patients like a number and treats her patients as just a boring procedure. She makes her patients wait at least two hours until she actually sees patients. I have had problems with my appointments in these matters and have heard in the waiting room how many patients have problems with her. I do not recommend this doctor and anyone reading Doctor ratings to not hire this doctor.

Called on short notice for blood work and they worked me in without an issue. Never had a problem with the office or staff.

I recently had an EKG in her office which she told me revealed that I had had a significant heart attack and recommended I see a Cardiologist. She told me that her office would call me with the referral appointment. Two weeks later when I had not heard anything, I sent a message through the patient portal to Dr. Gentry asking if the appointment with the Cardiologist had been made yet. She responded by asking me to refresh her memory about why I wanted to see a Cardiologist! I told her that

Called office June 13 for appt. Was told she was out of town all week and first available would be 6/23 at 4:45. Been seriously ill for 4 months. Asked for blood work for Lyme Disease. When I wanted to ask about another test she went off stating I should have made an earlier in the day appt. for something like this, that she had seen 30 patient's a day since she came back from out of town and she needed to be somewhere at 5:45! I told her I took the first appt. her office offered. Test +
