I've been a lender for nearly 2 decades and have worked with many realtors in that time. Carla is a great combination of pleasant and prompt. She was the listing agent on the deal we recently closed together and she got me all of the required disclosures right off the bat, scheduled the appraisal promptly, and was quite helpful all around.
We had a great experience with Carla. She never felt like a salesperson, she was genuinely invested in helping us find the right home. She was clear and communicative and made sure we knew all the positives and negatives of all the properties we were viewing. She was very responsive anytime we needed her and would do her best to get us into the properties we wanted to see ASAP. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for and honest and genuinely helpful realtor.
