I went to see Dr. Ogletree to schedule an appointment for a vasectomy. I told him that I needed it done on a Friday because of my job. He and his staff agreed that was easily done. After waiting a month for them to verify my insurance, I was finally able to get my procedure scheduled a couple of weeks later. They called me the friday before to tell me that Dr. Ogletree would be out of town and I'd need to reschedule. After the third time they did this I was offered any day but Friday. Time waste
