Best primary care doctor I've ever had and I'm 47 years old, great listener, very thorough, doesn't rush through your appointment, takes your symptoms seriously.
I don't get the negative feedback about Dr Ross, I liked his bedside manner and directness. He is one of the only doctors I've ever visited that consistently ended the visit with making sure I knew next steps, how medicines would make me feel, and what to do if things didn't improve.
One of the most rude, condescending doctors I have ever encountered. Every question I asked him was met with attitude and dismissal. At the end of the visit I told him I hope he has a better day because I thought maybe something had happened to him earlier. He snapped back at me and told me he was fine.
This man is a Racist and a Classist! He works at HFH Norwest Facility! He stated that he always have problems with people from the community! He a Black man but he don't like the Black people that live in the community and get their care at HFH. He is the worst Disrespectful Rude Lying Doctor at HFH Hospital! He is a Disgusting and a Disgrace to the HFH Care System!
