It feels like there has been a change here...And changes are still coming.... All in the right direction.
My husband went to the ER approximately at about 10 AM and was giving the run around for 8 hours about 6Pm he finally decided to leave because he was not being helped. He got up to walk out and they insisted on finally helping him he is elder and they finally did several testing on him to only provide him with cough syrup. He will never go back again. This is absolutely not acceptable. He was finally discharged about 7:55 PM... this is the worst Experience for him ever.
This is flat out the best VA that I have ever been to. Vicky, Brian, and Andrew were exceptional, had a great attitude, and gave a brilliant level of care. Vicky did an outstanding job of using the opportunity to allow the staff to observe her in placing the IV and doing the blood draw. Brian and Andrew were excited about this training! This exceptional level of training and team effort made my visit enjoyable despite being ill. Outstanding team!
Like everything with the VA, you're better off going anywhere else
Really appreciate this hospital and emergency room for the Doctors, nurses, specialists and staff. Helping all the Vets.
