I had a terrible experience there today. The VA is up to their old tricks. Their culture of mistreating veterans is alive and thriving. My experience today began as questionable and inappropriate behavior that signified a complete lack, possibly a a mere lapse in professionalism. This however was responded to by the offending staff member with denial and minimizing of his mistreatment, thus becoming maltreatment. These people are amazing! I’ve always received the best care and everyone is professional. They deserve five stars. I’ve been to VA hospitals in other states, and this one is by far the best!
The VA ER is so much better compared to private ERs, they were very thorough and understanding with my symptoms. I almost cried because the private ER just didn’t really care and pushed me out due to only having VA insurance. Great experience and I appreciate everyone that works here, thank you!
